I, my mother, mother-in-law, grandmother-in-law & several friends all regularly shop here. We have received nothing but the best customer service. Being a young woman, it is really nice to have a place that a very wide variety of project and fabric options for all the varying tastes in style and fabric. I always look forward to coming and visiting the shop. My husband is always welcomed as well when he goes to pick up my orders! The owners take great care of their customers! Highly recommend!
I have been going to Patched works with my family for as long as I can remember. My mother grandfather and wife all shop there. Julie and Frank the owners are wonderful people and have amazing customer Service. Their selection offers something for everyone no matter what your project or color/pattern preferences are. Julie even helped me pick out fabric for a project I wanted to experiment with on my wife’s sewing machine.
Witnessed male owner of this company verbally yelling at two minor females, and putting them in a positon of power and control, by parking his black pick up truck behind them, blocking them in a park spot, that had signage for his business only. Honest misktake on minor females part, however this behaviour of a male adult , enforing his anger and dominance and control over two minor females is disgusting. I would think that a business that deals with mostly female clinets would have thought twice about enforcing this behavio... read more
