ebiker here, bought from another retailer. So glad I brought it here before a crash! Rear brake caliper problem expertly diagnosed to be missing required spacers from factory, resulting in rotor scraping and **wheel not even properly seated**, a potentially dangerous issue! Further, multiple bolts were loose and needed proper tightening. Fast turnaround, charge for the fixes less than expected (shhh!) :-)
I've been a cyclist over 45 years plus worked FT at several bike shops as a mechanic so I can clearly say that Kevin at the Maple Lawn shop is one of the best mechanics I've known plus friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable...I've recommended him to numerous bike club buddies. Plus the other shop guys are very connected to local bike scene and events.
I have a 7i Street Strider. I took it to Kevin and his team for deflated tires and the right left mechanics. Plus tighting up the chain. I am Striding like never before! I truly and dearly appreciate their work on my street strider! 😁#StridingFreelyMyFriend
This shop truly is exceptional. The people who work here are professional, knowledgeable and courteous, especially Kevin, who will go out of his way to assist. Great to have a local shop like this.
Didn't shop here, but they were kind enough to give me a bike box so I could send my bike overseas. Seemed like a really good place for cycling gear.
