The Maple lawn shop has excellent customer service. I dropped my Bike off this morning for a full tuneup and new tires. They called me before they closed and I was able to get my bike back the same day. Kevin did a quick once over when I dropped my bike off and did not try to upsell me on any parts. I test drove it in the parking lot and it rides like new! I will only have my bike serviced at this location. The gears look brand new. Thanks again.!

I've been trying to revive my 25 year old trek hybrid that needed some TLC to be ridable again. Needed a complete new drivetrain because I let the chain go too long and I didn't feel like getting the tools to do this myself. Patapsco cycles very quickly and at a reasonable price got the drivetrain replaced. Now my bike is shifting and riding as good as new. Thanks for reviving her! Would recommend to anyone in the Maple Lawn area.
Patapsco Bicycles Maple Lawn is the reason why bike shops need to exist and why we need to continue supporting local shops. They've been able to order me a Niner frame keeping me updated on the shipment progress. Special thanks to Andy, who have worked on many of my bikes and e-bikes, for putting yet another build together with a mix of old parts and new parts making sure everything fits and works together well. IMy experience with Patapsco was disappointing and dangerous. I took a recumbent bicycle in for a front wheel flat tire and asked them to look at the rear wheel tire to determine if it would be best to replace it. When I picked up the bike, the staff member told me that the back tire should be replaced. They did not mention this on the phone which was odd since I specifically asked about it.
