Stopped in to have some older bikes tuned up and looked at to ensure they were safe to ride. We were kindly advised that they don't typically have mechanics on the weekend and usually require drop off for any service work. However one of the associates said he could look at our bikes and give them a once over to ensure they were safe to ride. Went there for a set of toe clips..don't sell them...asked for handle bar extensions..Don t sell them..asked for a offset bar for my bike seat..nope..Don t sell them..I Don t recommend this shop unless you re looking for an overpriced bike..I won t go there for anything again.
Donald and team do a fabulous and professional job whenever they have one of my bikes. They also only replace what is needed, other bikes shops I’ve been to seem to always want to “fix” more than is needed. Best bike shop in Howard county hands down!!
So grateful to the mechanics at Patapsco in Elkridge. Since moving to Baltimore, I have had a lot of hit and miss luck with mechanics, especially with my tri bike. The folks at Patapsco didn't mess around. They took the time to diagnose the problems I was having, offered a thorough explanation, and even turned the repairs around wicked fast. You've earned a loyal customer, gang!
