My bike's rear disc came lose on my ride to Patapsco State Park. Stopped in the "back door" for help. (Don't go through the back 😉) All I can is thank you Donald! Straighten my bike up and I'm sure if it was somewhere else I would've kicked out some dollars 💸. Service was great. His workers were cool. The entire experience was great. Appreciate you.
I went in to have my bike's bottle cage rivnuts tightened up. Justin handled that and trued my disc rotor up incredibly quickly while I waited. On top of that, the labor cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Potapsco for their friendliness, price point, and quality of worksmanship.
A shout out to Justin at Patapsco bike. I needed a part for my bike and he said he'd order and receive it in a day. The part can in just as he said and I'm back on the road. Great experience.
