Muy bue. Servicio
With so many bike shops closing, this is a great place with friendly staff! My wife loves that they have knowledgeable female staff who both ride and work on the bikes. Highly recommend!
Exceptional - and then some - service. Donald took a call from my local bike shop in NH, took the time to listen to them explain my bike’s malady and then fixed it with the part my shop shipped to me on the road - in under 5 minutes and at no charge. And graciously still gave me time to talk through the issue and possibly why it keeps happening. So grateful for humanity reminders like Donald and this shop!
Great service, great selection, super close proximity to some of the best MTB trails in the state - what's not to love? :)
I had a problem with my wheel and I took it into this shop tonight, never having heard of this shop since my biking days aren't as frequent any longer. The guys in there were so friendly and willing to help me, and they spent a good amount of time on the wheel and we're really nice about charging me for labor. I will definitely be back for larger jobs, thank you so much.
