In my experience, this was the worst law firm I’ve dealt with. Bruce was unprofessional throughout the process, often coming across as petty, rude, and unnecessarily confrontational. I felt that he frequently attempted to manipulate situations rather than resolve them professionally. I would not recommend their services based on my experience at all.
Can't even send a receipt for an invoice that's been paid.
We came up against Bruce as the representation for another party for whom he was acting for. A situation that we wished was avoided, however Bruce and his team acted in the best interest of their client and got the result they needed. This in turn led us to utilising Bruce's services to achieve an outcome for us which too, was also positive. Very pragmatic in approach and generous in his suggestions.
This firm is the worst firm. They have been caught inflating invoices and creating false information. We have lodge a complaint against bruce.
