I brought my puffy in to replace the broken zipper. Huge thank you to Audrey, an expert seamstress who fixed the problem, and went ahead and fixed my pocket zipper too. Very professional and friendly . I appreciate the service.
I got charged twice! The cashier told me my first card was declined and to use another card. But, my first card was never declined and now I have to pay twice the amount.
The staff's treatment was disgusting. They forced me to leave my backpack outside the fitting room, as if they thought I was going to steal something. This is not something I've experienced at other Patagonia stores. I bought a t-shirt because I needed one and didn't have time to go elsewhere, but I won't be shopping there again.
