Really disappointed with how the Ironclad Guarantee is handled now. Brought in a 4-year-old pair of Baggies shorts with a split seam. Instead of fixing them or offering a credit, they kept my shorts and just gave me a 25% coupon to buy a new pair. I’ve been a loyal customer for years because they used to stand behind their gear. Now they just use wear and tear as an excuse to pocket your old clothes and force you to spend more money. The "lifetime guarantee" isn't what it used to be.
A good portion of the shop is selling clothings with discounts, ranging 20% or more. Got men, women & kids. Definitely worth visiting if you are in the area.
