I love this store. They often have great deals and the staff are always really helpful and friendly. Just the other day I was scrambling to prepare for a long backpack after getting a last minute permit for the JMT. I needed some specific gear but this outlet didn't have my size. Sarah not only helped me source it from the Palo Alto store, but also found an employee there (Heath) who was kind enough to drive the gear to Santa Cruz on their commute.
