Just tried to return a $280 puffer that I wore probably five times over the winter. The lady who I think was trying to help me offered me $56 store credit. Glad to see one of my favorite brands clearly not caring about their customers or what I’ve bought from Patagonia over the years. She smiled at me when she offered me the store credit knowing it was a rotten offer. You lost one today Patagonia I haven’t had someone be that rude to me in a while.
Trade in was easy. Fair selection. But staff member wasn’t very helpful when asked to compare a $300 jacket
Gorgeous and well laid out outdoor marketplace, surprisingly none of the discounts I'm used to at my own Indiana stores. But I suppose that is the West Coast cost. Even eBay offers brand new Patagonia, REI, and similar for surprising value.
