Went Sunday shortly after 11am to return an online order. The cashier said I needed the physical credit card otherwise it would all be refunded to a store credit. I schlepped my stuff home and returned today. Of course a different cashier completed the return without the card. My issue isn’t just the inconsistent policy, the schlepping or the waste of time…it was that neither of the two cashiers were apologetic or recognized the inconvenience in any other way.
