Excellent options regarding products, different types, models, sizes. The store was clean, the staff were kind and supportive regarding the products I was looking for.
To Patagonia, I heard you have a policy of only allowing clients to purchase 2-3 items and that '20' t-shirts is considered bulk therefore needs to go through another online team? If this is really the policy...I think you need to review this before you go out of business. If this isn't your policy, I suggest you retrain your staff because a lady at the counter strongly opposed me when I asked to purchase 20 shirts in aggregate (mixed with different types).
