I had an early appointment for bloodwork on 2.20.25. Bad weather, but I got the "don't forget to be here" message yesterday so I did the required fasting, and slowly, surely got myself down the mountain and through the ice and snow to the Pat Walker Center. Nobody there. They understandably shut it down for inclimate weather, but all I got was their automated reminder to "be there." So I called. I have been using the Center for the past several years and found them to be a big help to me navigating the NWA health care providers and getting me to Doctors to take care of issues. I thank them all
This is about the Senior Health Clinic there. The staff is incompetent, they can't even call your prescriptions in a timely manner, you have to call them and remind them. Mistakes about treatment and follow up. Rude front desk staff. I cant think of one good thing to say about this place except they had good parking!
