Pat is a brilliant masseuse . I looked forward to our monthly sessions which always left me feeling looser and invigorated . She really knows her stuff and I would recommend highly
Pat is kind, intuitive and very knowledgeable. You can tell that she genuinely cares. I cannot recommend highly enough.
Through kickboxing, swimming and gym training I caused pain to my lower back and extreme pain to my shoulder, so much so I found sleeping difficult and could not exercise. I visited Pat, she reviewed my history and problem and selected a treatment. Following the treatment my pain subsided and I slept well. The next day my shoulder felt almost back to normal and I look forward to getting back to training. Pat is very knowledgable with treatment and advice on exercise to strengthen any weaknesses.
One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Pat is knowledgeable, provides a safe and relaxing environment and reads what your body needs. Highly recommended!
