She was recommended. Since she's from Nigeria, a big advantage for us. NOT! While talking to her to schedule an appointment, she wanted to know how we met and gave her a short story. First thing out of her mouth was, "I hope he doesn't break your heart", which was inappropriate. But let it go. The appointment was the next day. For Starters, Pat is an amazing person. She is so personable and makes me feel important! She is always timely and professional. Every question that I have, she has been able to answer it. One thing about Pat is that she always shows so much compassion. She's always patient with me and ensures that I get all the information that I desire.
