Pat cantans been a really big inspiration to me and my daughter . winter days summer days we would go to pat cantans and get a crafty project to do together. They had awesome halloween and. Christmas craft projects in store to do together. And u always won a mew item on festival day. Im very upset at corporate america for closing pats. Because others dont have that friendly down home feel to it.. Sad to see it closing.. Bad decision corporate office you will see.. I have been a Pat Catans customer since they opened in Warren,Oh. I was sad when they were bought out by Michael's because,your store had unique items I couldn't find anywhere else. When Michael's took it was not the same. If I had wanted something from Michael's I would have shopped there. Our store despite the change has a great staff who were respectful. Now MicheaMicis closing all Pat Catans. Where do I go now? Michael s has never been my store of choice. I'm going to miss my friends.
We ordered a custom frame and prepaid for it. It took three weeks to hear back and then we finally brought the artwork in to have it finished, the staff told us that the frame was not in, and it would take an additional 3 weeks to get it finished. The associate in the frame dept told us that she was busy wit someone else. The Boardman, OH store is tragic, the staff is rude and untrained and just don't care about their customers.
