I tend to not leave reviews, but in this instance I feel I should. What can I say, except Claire is amazing.....after many months of training for Half and Full Marathons and carrying too many old injuries to mention, and believing I knew better, I was convinced to seek a Sports Massage...... and what excellent advice it was. After one session my entire body felt amazing and ache free. As the sessions continued, so did my freedom of movement and the confidence it brought me.
