I felt safe and Chrissy took her time to explain, to get to know me and was knowledgeable in reducing pain before QHHT session. Session was interesting and I went with the flow. Im not sure the regression directly helped heal any physical or mental issue but provided material for reflection which is useful to understand myself and provide positive encouragement. Thank you Chrissy for your tender holding space.
Chrissy is very gentle, open and welcoming. She creates a safe and non-judgmental space particularly for something that is not an everyday experience for most of us. I am still integrating the experience and will need to revisit the session to process what occurred. Whilst I cannot comment on the outcome yet I can certainly commend Chrissy on creating a safe and trusting environment.

I found my past lives session with Chrissy really interesting and nurturing. Chrissy has a lovely kind, patient and generous energy. She's an attentive and non-judgemental listener and made me feel very comfortable and safe. The session also brought up for healing some trauma I didn't realise was still there. Chrissy worked through a few different techniques to help me release it, including some EFT (tapping) which I will be able to keep practicing myself at home. Thanks so much Chrissy!
