Went on the 30 minute tour of Gatineau Park and downtown Ottawa in June 2025. The fact you can book and depart right from the Aviation Museum is brilliant as it was a spontaneous purchase. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. This crossed an item off a relative’s bucket list.

I am writing this review with considerable disappointment and disbelief following my recent interactions with Yves Le Roux, the president of Passport Hélico. I approached him with a sincere request for assistance with a fundraising initiative, hoping he might consider contributing to a worthy cause. Instead, I was met with a surprisingly unprofessional and discouraging attitude, compounded by some unusual and inappropriate remarks. Envahir et détruire par le bruit la vie des gens, faire de l'argent avec aucun respect pour la qualité de vie et la beauté de Percé, c'est écoeurant. M. Le Roux me dégoûté.
