Two Macaron, paid immediately but need to wait a long time for pick up. Because only people making coffee could touch Macaron. That person is too busy enough to use glove and wrap it. Five waitress at the front aimless and half of them wander around. Serving one person halfway and leave you alone. Perfect demonstration of chaos and inefficient service.

I preordered a red velvet cake for my mum's birthday three days in advance and booked for store pick up at 11am. When I arrived the store around noon on the day, the staff obviously had no idea about my order. One of the staff went in the kitchen for a while and came out with a cake that was badly made and totally deformed without any decoration. Worst latte I’ve ever had . I ordered an iced Biscoff latte which costs $10 and all I could taste is just mashed Biscoff and tons of biscoff syrup with a cup of milk in it. It felt like the drink was made in a rush. It is very obvious that there’s no coffee in there as it’s pretty much non-existent. No effort was put into making this cup of drink at all from the barista. It’s a proper cafe that I’m ordering a latte from and I would expect that there’s at least real coffee inside the drink.
