I hate this spa. We’ve put almost $1000 into it every year since we’ve owned it. Last year was the whole computer. We’re on the 2nd heater we’ve replaced. Pillows won’t stay in place. These are China made junk. Don’t get one. Invest more up front on another more reputable brand or expect to constantly put money in it.
After 4 yrs here is a real review, we have had many brand of spas. And passion spa is the worst here are the reasons. 1. Headrest won't stay on. 2. Pump has been replaced. 3. 25 of the 56 jets replaced. 4. Heating element replaced. These spas are Chinese junk which we wasn't told where they was manufactured. Should of known with very little reviews. You have been warned to stay away.
