This company goes to grief support sites offering condolences and help to grievers (without mentioning they are a business) in order to hawk its products. It’s gross and disrespectful and not what any respectable funeral or grief service would do.
I placed an order and it was never shipped. Twice in one month. Very disappointed in the customer service we have received from this agency.
Our funeral home works directly with Diana Brooks. She is always here to support us with helpful information for both at need and preneed sales. She came to visit and did an in-person training for our team. We learned about so many cool options for scattering tubes and other Green products. We are very grateful to have her as our Sales Rep.
Been working with them for over ten years. They provide a great product and excellent customer service.
