Not happy. We were having severe damp and mould issues in our flat due to leaks from an upstairs flat. Our letting agent arranged for pass & co to take a look. They were late (which we didn't mind) however the inspection wasn't very thorough. The report said it was down to living conditions/lifestyle. So our landlord didn't treat the issue with urgency because of this report. 2 months later and our living conditions weren't great. Called out pass & Co for some damp work and I can't be happier. Mohammed, sham, Ali, zoe have all been brilliant. Work was done within 2 days, no mess left behind and the attention to detail of their work was amazing. Highly recommend these guys. Communication was absolutely pleasant and work done within strict deadline with zero mess and helped me out extra. Can't highlight enough. Thank you sham and the team.

The team at Pass & Co. did a great job of helping through a very messy situation which I was dreading and had no idea how to approach. My tenant was not doing a great job of looking after my property, reporting repair issues or even allowing contractors access for safety inspections.
