I don’t recommend anyone that is an educated craftsman to work here. They are extremely lacking in communication skills,, what they are looking for is an employee that they can throw away like trash. They will lay you off without any explanation,, at anytime. Great company to work for. First place I’ve been treated like a person and not just disposable. They pay great, the higher up staff are more than reasonable and understanding, and they treat everyone equally and very very well. Not everything is perfect, but hey, nothing in life is gonna be that way. They promote from within and if you show your worth, it will be seen. I’m very thankful for the opportunity to be had at PRT. Worked here from 2006 until 2011. Now helping support them via added parent company ACE. This is a great company that promotes its leaders from within, supports its staff for success, builds relationships with our vendors, suppliers, and customers. Seen a few bad reviews and life is like that as you cannot please everybody. Not sure where the disconnect was, but do see a couple people who loves to write bad reviews as they cannot help themselves.
