Paul Is in a wheelchair and recovering from two back surgeries. He is dependent on a transport van service. He has been going to Paso Robles’s Physical Therapy and had a late afternoon appointment. There was some miscommunication with the Ride on transport service and Paul was left there sitting out in the parking lot by himself. Since it was after hours, we were both calling the company, but there was no answer. They were closed for the day.
