Melissa is amazing, very easy to talk to, friendly,very professional, her methods do work. So far, I lost 41 pounds in 3 months. My only regrets are I didn't do this sooner. It's nice going to the store and being able to walk past sweets and it doesn't faze me at all. Even icecream. I look at food in a whole new way.
