I found Melissa online and she changed my life. I was a 2 big macs and a shake person until my sessions with Melissa. I now following a whole new diet and i have no cravings at all. Melissa helped me find the reasons behind my overeating and midnight snacks. With her help i have shed 65 pounds so far and am working on the next 65. I have done all of this with Melissas help. Melissa is amazing, very easy to talk to, friendly,very professional, her methods do work. So far, I lost 41 pounds in 3 months. My only regrets are I didn't do this sooner. It's nice going to the store and being able to walk past sweets and it doesn't faze me at all. Even icecream. I look at food in a whole new way.

Ms. Blake is a very caring individual. I have had one, two hour session with her so far, and afterwards she provided a custom recording to address a problem I was having physically. A problem I wasn't able to cure alone, with medication, or through other traditional means and so far, with her help it seems as if the issue is receding into nothing more than an unpleasant memory.
