I have unfortunately had terrible service and terrible communication and my necklace has taken over 2 and half months to get sorted/fixed after breaking - i am truly disappointed with the lack of service and will not be returning

I bought my baby g watch from pascoes, I'm not good with changing time at daylight savings and the lovely ppl there never mind changing the time for me, and I don't even buy anything!
Staff too busy talking about friends to customer. Ten minutes waiting, walked out.
