I never had such a great experience at a Tax Collector or DMV! Judy helped us and was so friendly and helpful. Everyone there was so nice and they seemed happy to be there. Very refreshing! Barely any wait either! Sold my precious car 😔 they made the process nice and easy!
Everyone at this office is an absolute pleasure to work with. I can't say enough positive things about this DMV. I really appreciate each and every one of you! Clean facility, organized, knowledgeable and patient staff. <3
Even though the sign at front says late hours are for "Pasco residents only", you also need to be US Citizen. This is not mentioned anywhere on the website or maps. In fact we were in after 4 PM twice last year as Pasco residents, so the "US Citizens" just seems arbitrary. Please communicate the hours clearly and save others a trip. Edit: Their service is good and staff is nice.
By far THE BEST DMV I have ever been too ! Nelson helped me and was so nice and helpful! Everyone there was nice - it was the last day of the month so I expected it to be packed - I checked in at 8:52 AM and I was in my car leaving at 9:15 AM ! Great people all around ! Great DMV !
Here’s a list of the things you need in order to get your license updated/address change. Like who the he’ll be going to a dmv with prof is lease on their name to change their license just for fun. Talking about they need specific papers like…..
