I’ve had such profound experiences with Erleen’s Somatic Release work! I tend to carry so much tension through my neck and shoulders, and her sessions (spinal calibration followed by the somatic work) provided IMMEDIATE relief. I also love the follow up exercise to do at home as it’s helping me create consistency and ensure I can create different ways for my body to default. As well as her vast knowledge, she’s a phenomenal human that creates such a safe and relaxed environment ❤️. Highly recommend! X

Such an incredible, intuitive, down-to-earth lady with some very effective techniques. Her yoga sessions are awesome too, very well verbalized instructions so I don’t end up feeling self conscious trying to figure out what to do
