The city has been erroneously charging me monthly sewage over a year when i am not connected and now a $40 monthly tariff (Jackson County Utilities Authority) also erroneously!! After several phone calls and finally talking with two supervisors (Sharon & Pete), the sewage supervisor came to my property and confirmed that we are not hooked into the sewage system. i now am waiting for an adjustment to my bill....we shall see??????
