My mom booked to have my gender reveal under the pavilion outside. We called weeks in advance to see if we could switch to a room and was declined because they supposedly had another event the same day and time. We arrive there to set up and the people told us that we were inside so we proceeded to set up and have the event inside. 30mins before we had to leave the lady shows up saying that we were supposed to be outside. Great place with great employees! I left my wallet and phone on one of the park benches managed by Pasadena Parks & Recreation. One of their employees, Brenda found it and saved it for me. My son called it and they answered, informing him of the location. I picked it up at their office, still full of cash, not a dollar missing! Brenda is an humble, honest person! Thank you!
