I have tried many different types of meditation but this one has been my favorite. It’s a personalized and practical approach to meditating you can take anywhere in your daily routine. I have already noticed improvements in the qualify of life and eager to learn more from the practice. I highly recommend for anyone from beginner to advanced meditators if you haven’t tried this program before.
I only have a month with the meditation but as someone who was feeling stuck in the space, signing up for a consistent daily meditation has helped quite a bit. I feel more relaxed and overall less aggressive behind the wheel. I can feel the patience building along with the necessity of a daily meditation program for dealing with the rigors of modern day society.
