Pretty misleading advert in Highland Park that says free intro. When you scan the QR code, it says book a slot to gain deeper understanding or to get started. They don’t tell you it’s a sales pitch. So you waste half an hour in a sales pitch. Didn’t love that. And of course they’re a “non profit” so you can’t report them to BBB for false advertisement.
Pasadena Meditation is a peaceful haven that blends mindfulness, community, and gentle guidance beautifully. The instructors are warm and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere feels calm, inclusive, and restorative. A perfect place to unwind, reconnect, and cultivate balance.
One month down, and more meditation to go!🥰 the sessions are very helpful to my spiritual, relaxing growth. While we hold onto things in our minds that create cloudy days, my meditation experience with Meditation Town team has deemed to be successful where I rest/work better. Consistency is key to the success. Thank you Davon and Team. Can’t wait for continued growth in this 2nd month.
