I so miss the old PSFCU- customer service since the merger has declined significantly. They have long phone wait times, they place holds on every single check no matter the amount and you have to CALL them to get the funds released. Every time. Not personable CU any longer. Been with PSFCU for over two decades…might be time to jump ship…
I went in to get help with a deposit, they were short staffed which is understandable that it can be longer than usual but the customer in front of took so long I believe there was some miscommunication she then went to speak to either the manager or the banker and figured some transfer was wrong and instead of having her make the line the banker just let her cut in front of me. I miss the old PSFCU. They were friendly and personal, always knowing your name and eager to assist with your financial needs. Since the merger, this new bank treats customers more like numbers, rushing them in and out, rushing calls, and imposing random fees that require research to understand. I find this bank disappointing. There are other credit unions out there I recommend exploring. I plan to start looking for one.

How I missed the old PSFCU!! They had the best quality of customer services!!! Went to make a loan payment. The young man teller did not great me nor say anything once the transaction was completed! Not putting a foot at their premises ever again. I’ll make the payment on-line going forward. Awful! I DO NOT recommend this credit union!!!.
