My mom setup a HELOC with them and the experience has been far from good. This is the worst credit union ive ever had experience with. It takes forever to pay them, even if you go through the online site (7-10 business days on avg). Meanwhile we're accruing interest every day it's not posted. They have 0 good options to pay directly and seemingly are lazy to post the amount. And their customer service is just rude and awful to deal with. Never again.
Worst customer service!! Waited an hour and was never helped. Someone who got there after me was helped before me. Worst bank ever!!
