Reached out to PFCU for secondary mortgage advice and were referred to Scott Crawford, Mortgage Manager. We scheduled a phone conference and the call exceeded our expectations. Scott listened, asked pertinent questions and offered a clear eyed and honest assessment. We live in a day and age where closing a deal is more important than the consequences to the borrower and Scott’s professionalism is a breath of fresh air.
I have been a member for PFCU for many years and the service has always been Exceptional. PFCU had always offered the best rates on loans. The staff is very friendly and provides great customer service. I have been helped by Veronica Reigelman and she is always very professional and answers all my questions. She always makes sure she helps us with any transaction we need help with. Veronica always goes above and beyond to help the PFCU members. I enjoy being a member of PFCU.
Today I spent over 30 minutes on hold with a virtual teller to simply confirm wire instruction for proceeds from a home sale. In the past PFCU had excellent customer service. The decisions and policies instituted by management of PFCU have made the credit union unfriendly, overly bureaucratic and NOT customer oriented. I see multiple reviews that share this point of view. PFCU is unique and one of a kind. I have been a member for more than 20 years and would not trade it for anything. The staff members who have been with PFCU for many years are the reason for my continued membership. They treat you like part of the family and they call you by name. On the other hand, the move and migration changed the environment within PFCU. I recall going to PFCU on Fair Oaks, and getting all the support one needed there.
