The fixed one of our bikes great. The 2nd one was hit by a car and after they charged us $70 to estimate the repair cost, they ditched us as customers and blamed us for it. Separately, a guy at the shop told me they could not get the wheel for months, so probably it was just easier to ditch us, but still charge us $70, then to tell us honestly they could not complete the repair. Very unprofessional.
