I was at Pasadena charcoal chicken it’s really have a good costumer service and so kind person and also they have good food
New owners and gone downhill partner got large chips and a large pasta salad $$25 dollars seemed way over priced for what it was. When i tried the pasta salad i said to my partner this is stale and flavourless old owners used to nail this salad. And last of all the new owners were rude no customer service. When you have a business you need to have good customer service cause these are the people that are keeping your business open beleive it or not. Sadly I cannot give this place anymore than one star. Our chicken was dry we had to return our cold chips and request hot ones which were not cooked enough.my seafood salad was benched while waiting so it was warm and I threw it in bin when I got home..the scallop potatoes ..no cheese no flavour..previous owners nailed it..but the new guys need more experience...sorry it's a no from us.
Update: 30 Oct 2025 Two years ago this was a 5-star spot. Now it's the complete opposite. We waited 15 minutes for chicken and chips and got cold chips and flavourless chicken. I saw the recent bad reviews and hoped they were wrong but they weren’t. Since the original owner sold its business, the quality has crashed.
