Such a cool store!!
I really really hate to give this review because the store itself is amazing, but major buyer beware here: I bought a pair of doors and they outfitted me with all the hardware I’d need. Then I called and texted all (every single one) of their recommended installers (several times, even texted and emailed some), only one responded and told me he doesn’t hang doors anymore. Very friendly and helpful staff highly recommended place for old hardware
I walked in today with a picture of a small screw to replace a missing one from a light fixture for my friend, and not only was the person that initially helped me very helpful, but he went into the back and spoke to someone and was able to find something to work for us. It was completely simple, painless, and so fantastic of them to do that for us. I really appreciate them and wanted to make sure that others had a good experience as well..
