Called for a pothole and filled out the form. They suck! The city Houston 311 has a 24hr turnaround for all work orders. City of Pasadena is small compared to Houston
Horrible horrible attitude from the woman who answered the phone. Told me “your grass will grow back”. She thinks this is an acceptable way to leave someone’s yard after repairing the water meter.
Waist of our tax dollars the person who answer the phone answered very rude didn't give me a solution nor help 😒 literly just hung up on me
Mayors action line, great response time in regards to city coming out and clearing city easements thank you on behalf of Meadowoods Neighborhood
