Refrain buying parts from them, good parts but worst customer service. Idk if the previous reviews are from there regulars, but they wont accommodate a bit. The Indian guy Manav is worst when it comes to customer service. These people are grumpy for no reason and when you go buy parts it feels like they are giving it to you for free. That Indian guy will make u feel guilty if something is wrong, highly uncooperative. Hi, this location (napa) for parts is a good location, but I would like to mention to you to not go there on Saturday because there is a guy there (I think it's the manager his name is Manny) who is very rude. He doesn't make you feel comfortable there to look around and see if you want something from a shelf or are browsing. As someone with little car knowledge, I was quite worried about finding the right product, but your kind and easy-to-understand explanations were beneficial. I'm especially grateful for your reminder to keep the receipt because the product has a lifetime warranty. Highly recommended.
