Spent almost $500 for test equipment that turned out to be discontinued. Plus the prices were above manufacturer suggested retail. Too add salt on the wound, one of the pieces of equipment doesn't work. I asked for a refund the same day but was told, "Too bad, no refunds for electronics". Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Purchased a capacitor that cost me $40 and found it on the internet for $6.99. I was not satisfied with the part and price and tried to return it. I was denied. I called the owner George, expecting for a rational conversation, instead he was full of excuses and told me that he did not need my business. He said a $40 customer was not worth his time.
