CUSTOMER BE AWARE! I cannot start to tell you how this company has screwed up a laser machine and a laser hair removal handpiece, not to mention me. I sent the machine in, just to get a part replaced, and they sent me a picture with the glass screen busted. They said the person delivering the package did that. But I seriously doubt that now. They said they couldn’t find the replacement part. They had the machine for 6 weeks. I took it upon myself to find a glass piece and found it at their “SISTER” store. They sent them the glass piece and fixed the part, sent the machine back after paying $1500 and it’s leaking water. I could’ve electrocuted myself. The top is not screwed in properly because the piece it screws to is missing. The foot pedal and hose is gone. I sent a laser hair removal handpiece in to JUST replace the crystal. It working great, I was using it on patients. Loui said it needed to be rebuilt. So I had him rebuild it, got it back, the shell is broke. I asked them to replace it because apparently when Loui took it apart, it broke. He was verbally aggressive with me. He told me to send it back to him and he would glue it back together so it would work. I sent it back, got it back, shell is still broken. I connected it to the laser and it’s has CODE 9 on it and it is leaking water at the handpiece. That was $1460. I will be taking this company and all the videos + pics to the courts Monday to file a suit. I have used this company for years and never had any issues. But something is SERIOUSLY WRONG here and I would most definitely NOT use this company for anything what so ever.
