Traci was very helpful when my slippers developed a defect within a short period of time.
This place stinks. I wouldn’t waste my money on a business that is not welcoming.
Totally ignored upon entering the store on 3/13/24. Clerk’s conversations more important than a potential customer. Wandered around for about 15 minutes and left pissed. Went across the street and spent $236 at Elnas. Shame on you at Parts Unknown.
Customer service is non existent. No one greeted when we walked in and didn't offer to help once. They made every effort to make me and my family feel unwelcome.
