The worst company ever
Horrible company to work with. Extremely overpriced. They made mistakes in the pricing they were charging my company for parts over about a 6 month period of time. When they caught thier mistake they tried to back bill me the difference between what they originally charged and list pricing. They were not willing to discuss the issue or negotiate. They just sent the bill to collections without warning. Collections was willing to negotiate and I ended up paying very little over my original prices that I was quoted at the time ... read more
Pricing is absolutely absurd for shipping for a commercial company! I have been using them for almost 10 years give or take, and it has done nothing but go up more and more every day! For instance I had a 12$ part to order but it costs 147$ to ship it to me which is one state east of them, customer service is failing just as much! Not even given a discount for it as well! They have done nothing but just gone down hill! Just sad!!
