Beware. One small $34 bottle of cleaner was $74 shipping. This is an item would have fit in a UsPS flat rate box $9.80. One shipped on Websturant was $24 but 12 was still $24. Shipping Scam
Ordered parts one month ago. Wrong parts were shipped. Multiple messages and conversations with Parts Town, still no word on any resolution.
The negative reviews are 100% accurate so buyer beware. To start with, the phone answering system is antiquated and gives scammy vibes. Can never get a supervisor on the line because the one supervisor available “is in a meeting”. Lastly, they don’t ship as promised. We were guaranteed a discounted next day delivery service after signing up for their loyalty program. Never shipped and FedEx never received the package. They need a strong competitor to put them out of business. It would be well deserved.
Overpriced parts, very disorganized and always have an issue placing/picking up parts.
