Service was for Generac 36K generator that needed annual checkup plus determining why unit did not respond to power outage. Brian provided the servicing of this unit. He quickly identified the outage issue, corrected it, and completed all the appropriate servicing unit needed. All work done well and timely. Would recommend RTR Power Systems and this serviceman.
