Had a great experience here getting my first loan with Susan Kalendr. Great place, they serve their customers very well. Happy to have them local and glad I went with them!
Had the opportunity to work with Susan. She was absolutely amazing. I wasn’t aware that I needed an appointment for a loan. But she made sure it got done. Was able to get my car right away. It was my first ever loan and she explained everything in the best possible way. Very low rates here. Will be coming back in the future.

I was very disappointed with the bank because the manager, Sidney, was very rude to me. Firstly, she did not properly greet me as a client and was not friendly. Secondly, she was unhappy that I came without an appointment, even though I had called the bank in advance and was told that I could come without one. Then she said she was in a hurry and wouldn’t be able to review my case at the moment. However, it was only 2:30 PM and there was still an hour and a half before the bank closed.
