PFCU is an excellent credit union. You can always get through to a "live" person on the phone, which is unbelievable these days. They can either answer your question or get you to someone who can. You don't waste hours on the phone--one call and done. We were originally customers of Leyden Credit union since 1980. They merged with PFCU in June, 2021. I was very Frustrated that I could not access $$$ to pay for an expensive flight! Seems there is a spending limit! Lynne Huck a representitive was gracious and patient, as I voiced my Concerns! Lynne was able to secure my funds and waited a long time with me on the phone, until I secured my Flight! She wanted to make sure the Transaction went through!!!
