I’m not a client of PFCU, but this experience was bad enough that it needs to be said. I had a client whose trade-in was financed through PFCU and spent over a week trying to get a payoff letter. I called 2–3 times a day, spoke to multiple reps, and got nowhere. The first few days were wasted because I was repeatedly given the wrong email for the payoff department.
