I had dealt with some minor card malfunctions for a few weeks. Specifically, when utilizing the ‘tap’ option and in some cases, certain gas station pumps. When going through the drive-thru one day, I asked the staff about getting a replacement, thinking it would be via mail and/or take a few days. Not only was it seamless, but they had a new card for me in 5 minutes and I was on my way! Thanks again
We just got 2 statements in the mail on the same day from the credit union with the dates 10/2024 to 12/24. On one statement that took $5.00 for a “dormant fee” and then on the second statement they took over $12.00 and then it says our savings is closed. Wow. No warning, nothing. They just clean your account out of the rest of your money and keep it for themselves? What a shiesty establishment. Watch your money because if you don’t, they’ll just take it for themselves.
Partnership Financial is great. And Cindy L is a ROCKSTAR!!! She went above and beyond to help me, answered every question and walked me thru the loan process. Very nice to work with. Thank you!!!
