I am unable to access my account with the new system. Asked for a member number which shows on my statements as xxxxx and some numbers so it doesn’t work. Can’t log on to try and find it elsewhere as you must use that number. Obviously not a well thought out transition move. Typical of partnership financial credit union. Always making things difficult or impossible for customers!!
