20 minutes for walk in DOT psychical. Great service and even better hospitality
I do not recommend this place. I sent my auth form multiple times to their email and it never showed. Thank goodness i was able to get it faxed. The inital nurse never introduced herself. She came in in a rush. Told me to pee in a cup then opened the door on me exposed to tell me to pee in a different cup for a drug test. I was sent into another room and perhaps a doctor(?) Came in and did other tests, pushing on my legs, had me follow her finger. She never introduced herself by her name or anything, no idea who this lady wa... read more
Tried to make an appointment to schedule a physical for the volunteer fire department. Been on hold for a half an hour and still don’t have my appointment
