Quick and easy, everyone was really nice and professional. I see theres alot of bad reviews from awhile back but thats just karens who left them reviews lol the lady with the braids was super sweet, even offered me some of her munchkins from Dunkin donuts when i was joking about wanting a lollipop, thats a nice considerate lady! I had a battery of tests and everything was explained clearly to me. I was in and out with everything I needed done 10 out of 10! ⭐

I went to Partners on two different occasions, but before I went I called and spoke to someone. This worker never told me I needed to shave my face for a fitting test. She actually had the nerve to tell me, oh sir I can’t see your face over the phone.. they took my payment the second time after I shaved, this same lady called her boss and told her my mask looked funny, mind you it was a N95 for respiratory. She refused to pass me even though I couldn’t smell anything she was spraying, the mask passed, put partners didn’t!!
I came here for my DOT and I had a terrible experience. The staff here is so obnoxious and unprofessional. This one nurse in particular (with braids) whom is old enough to be my mother did not conduct herself in a respectful manner. She either had the last word or had something slick to say (pitiful). If this is how the staff treats their patients during a pandemic then they certainly do not need any business. Please heed my words. DO NOT waste your hard earned money or time here.
