Nov 02, 2011-Complaint against Partners Financial Services, Fenton, MO I called regarding a collection notice received on Nov 2, 2011 which wasn't mine as I have no outstanding debts of any kind. The behavior from a Jay Mullins and co-partner Bill McNabb were rude and brusque regarding my inquiry. Mr Mullins hung up on me. Neither person dealt with my inquiry according to Federal FTC Fair Debt Collection practices.
