Father passed in Oct, went into probate. Summary of Administration was delivered to Partners in March. Today is *** 16,2024 and Partners has yet to distribute benefit to beneficiaries of the Will and direction from the Court. Employees are not in any way compassionate and has caused undue stress on myself and siblings. We cannot mourn the loss of our father in peace.
They scam with charges like insurance and late fee for accounts that are closed out even after being paid in full.

Can't get a hold of them during Covid-19 crisis. They offer forebearance but no one to talk to.... horrible service. Their number doesn't work. No one to directly answer questions. What's the point of pushing a payment if your just going to get hit with a lump sum. Other companies are extending loans and allowing the person to pay the additional months at the end. Do not use their service.

Worst costumer service reps!! Filed for hardship on auto loan and my application was denied/ never processed. I was verbally attacked by at least 2 different employees regarding my questioning on the denial. I was told it was due to me not being in enough financial hardship because they dug into my checking account, pulled up all my transactions and starting pin pointing each and every purchase I had made within the last 20 days or so. GAVE MY MONEY AWAY!!!!!! This is literally the worst banking institution. They are outdated in how they operate. They claim they had been trying to mail me notices for over 5 years with the wrong address. However I have been receiving statements to my home all those years so somehow they have my current address. Weird huh...
