Used to be great when they were Sanford Institute of Savings and were more people and community focused. When they switched brands they replaced a lot of the familiar faces and started to feel more like a large chain bank where you're just a number. I moved across the country and kept this account going while I weaned into my new local small bank and recently have tried to close this one out and put an end to the chapter.
