I have had an account with this bank for over 20 yrs. It has been a blessing because I have not had one issue in all those years. I don't know about you all but I can only say this to this one company. My one problem the office near us closed so it's a bit of a hike. Fortunately most things are done online so whatever. Great CU.
Ah-mazing experience. The people at this bank are the most patient, most competent group of humans. There were challenges to my transaction, and get this- they brainstormed to troubleshoot the situation and came to a solution- as a business coach, I often see that this is a lost skill, and these people had it! I am seriously considering moving some of my other accounts from larger banks here, even though it's a bit of a drive for me. Kudos team.
If I could give a negative 5 I would. I had not one but 2 bad experiences with this branch in one day. One experience was a unprofessional, rude phone call & the second experience included a none concerned teller advising me in order to get a replacement debit in less than 7-14 business I needed to pay $75 which to me is expensive in order to get it in 1-5 days. Also their ATM machine has been able to accept deposits in almost 2 years. I would not recommend them.
