First and last dealing with this company did a load was told detention and layover would be applied and was not as was told layover was paid but no detention I called several times and once spoked to Justin which was not the one load was booked with it was Mason and he doesn’t answer calls nor emails the only one he replied to was when he said to track time on bol for detention which was not paid load was done 8/13/25 and was to deliver that same day at 4:00 pm til hours later driver was told it would have to be off loaded t... read more

This is a terrible company to haul loads for, I booked my driver on a crane loads with them and was promised detention after 2 hours of waiting. After waiting 7 hours on pick up and another 6 hours on delivery the following morning absolutely no detention was paid. I have reached out to them by email with no response in return and also by phone with no response, And 1 of the 3 phone numbers is out of service. We booked a load with them, and they listed the incorrect dimensions. Consequently, we ordered permits based on that wrong information. We had to then order new permits, costing $913. They are only offering $300 in compensation, but we had to purchase a total of $1820 in permits for this single shipment. Even management seems unable to resolve this issue. The staff is very unprofessional and lacks experience.

Sat at their customer for 24 hours should have gotten detention and layover, no detention only layover for $150. This happened to 6 trucks on same job. Trucks that got empty late that day got the higher detention pay. Don’t recon this broker.

this company does not pay they are another TQL I advise all carriers to stay away from these people they have the cheapest loads on the load board and they do not pay detention this company is pure dumpster juice
