Unprofessional and misleading. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Terrible experience. After getting loaded driver had to scale, turns out we were overweight on drive axle, then come back to the shipper to get reworked. Then another nightmare at the receiver, waited for 3+ hours just to get to a dock. Broker notified about everything of course. Once the load is completed they are nowhere to be found, no detention, no compensation. Just an awful broker, 0 communication. The broker I booked the load with was Patrick Gailey, avoid at all costs...
